Sharing artisan talents and supporting fair trade.

We are two keen travellers that have been lucky enough to uncover some of the world’s hidden treasures and have been touched by some of the world’s most deprived communities. Our eyes and hearts have been opened.

We visited communities that have wonderful goods to offer and people that are desperately in need of financial support to nurture themselves and their families. This is how The Fair Marketplace was born. We want to help empower those individuals and communities, enhance their income ensuring they receive a fair price for their work and share their talents with the rest of the world.

Support the communities we work with by buying fair trade goods from The Fair Marketplace.

I'm a keen traveller and I always hoped to open a shop selling artisan goods I'd discovered along the way. When I visited the ladies of the Women's Skills Development Organisation (WSDO) in Pokhara, Nepal, I knew this was the place to start!

I am so captivated by the incredible artisan products I find when I'm travelling - I often think they are hidden gems. I've always wanted to open a shop to share these and support communities that need it most. Welcome to The Fairmarketplace!
