4 out of 5 starsThe bonnet's photos are misleading. This is a very tight bonnet, more suited to a teen or child, not an adult with medium length hair. My hair is just above shoulder length, wavy, and couldn't all fit in this bonnet (I do not have thick hair). The bonnet I have to rate low, because the description and images make you think an adult with medium length hair would be satisfied. The customer service, however, was great. Seller gave me a return label and made sure I was refunded right away upon receipt of the bonnet back in original condition.

Thank you for your feedback! Regarding this sleep bonnet, we’ve sold over 120 units in the past three months, earning Best Seller status and many positive reviews. That said, a few customers including you have mentioned that it feels too tight, while one customer felt it was too loose. Such is life! As for the return shipping cost, it is not typically covered by us. However, in this case, our customer service member paid for it out of pocket. She preferred not to continue discussing sizing and shipping fees, and I only became aware of this afterward. I will reimburse her personally. Wishing you all the best in finding a bonnet that fits you perfectly.

"Momme" is a traditional unit used to measure the weight and density of silk. Different silk products may use different momme weights depending on their intended use, balancing durability, softness, and comfort.
Q3. Are your silk products suitable for hair and skin?
Yes! Silk’s naturally smooth surface helps reduce friction, which many customers find beneficial for hair and skin comfort during daily use or sleep. Individual experiences may vary, as silk is a natural material.
Q4. How should I care for silk items?
To maintain the quality and longevity of silk, we recommend the following: hand washing in cold water or gentle machine washing in a laundry bag; using a mild, silk-safe detergent; not bleaching; and air drying away from direct sunlight.
Q5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of silk products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons.
However, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Yes. As silk is a natural fiber, slight variations in texture, sheen, or weave may occur. These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.
