Care instructions

Wash alone in cold water for the first few washes to avoid dye transfer. Tumble dry low.

Each item is double rinsed and washed with fragrance free detergent before shipping.

Despite this, dye can possibly transfer onto other fabrics. Please use care when washing.

Custom and personalized orders

While we do our best to live up to all requests, every tie dye piece is unique, so custom orders may not look exactly like examples pictured.

Uniformity

Each piece is hand-crafted to be a completely unique and custom work of art. While finished pieces will closely resemble the examples shown on my Etsy page, no two pieces will ever be completely identical. Please note that the color settings on your monitor can also affect the appearance of colors in pictures.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER! Threadbare Arts cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect information. We send all our pieces via the information we are provided. We have no way of knowing if the information is incorrect. Please double check all of your info before submitting your order to avoid any problems. I am not responsible for packages lost because an address was incorrect or incomplete.

Shipping

I can not be held responsible for damages during shipping. I take pride in the details of each piece and in order to keep each piece looking beautiful when you receive it, I take special care in packaging.

I can not be held responsible for packages after they have been picked up for delivery. If a package is marked as "shipped" via a tracking number from a shipping services (usps, fedex, ups, etc), I am not responsible for it and will not issue refunds if it is not received by the intended recipient.

I do not add insurance into the shipping costs. If you would like to add insurance to an item please let me know before you pay.

If you live in the Wake County area of North Carolina, you can save on shipping by arranging local pick-up.
