Your purchase will leave my studio in perfect condition and I hope that your purchase brings you as much happiness and joy as it did to me when I made it. If you are unsatisfied in any way I will happily discuss exchanging the item or refunding the purchase price providing you contact me within 3 days of receiving the item.

If returning, the item must be in its original condition.

Although I have no control over the postal service, In the rare event that any package may be damaged or lost during shipping please contact me so that we can come to a satisfactory arrangement.

SHIPPING INFO:

All items are shipped within 1 - 5 business days following payment.

I use Australia Post for shipping. All packages are sent WITH TRACKING.

* DOMESTIC MAIL (within Australia) averages at about 3-7 business days transit time, depending on your location.

* INTERNATIONAL MAIL: Delivery usually takes between 2-6 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS:

I do not check "gift" on customs declaration under any circumstances. This practice of falsifying documents is illegal and could easily result in the loss of my business and prosecution. Please do not request this of me. Thank you for your understanding.

About customs fees:
International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, VAT, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country. These are NOT extra postage fees, and I the seller am not responsible for these fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely by country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays of weeks or months. All orders will have full value of the items declared on customs forms - no exceptions.

I cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.

INSTANT DOWNLOAD DIGITAL ITEMS: after the Pay Pal transaction. The link will be sent to your Etsy email address.

PACKAGING:
All pottery is packaged using recycled polystyrene/styrofoam that would otherwise have gone to landfill. It makes the parcel almost indestructible. I use a small amount of bubble wrap and wherever possible I use recycled cardboard, paper and boxes.

If you are not happy with your order for any reason please let me know first so that I can endeavour to resolve you issue.

I do not supply my ARTWORK in digital form. However I do have a selection of background papers available for INSTANT DOWNLOAD.
