We do not recommend submerging any of our items in water. This also includes earrings, as some of them contain delicate materials such as gold foil - and although they are sealed, keeping them dry will preserve them for longer.

Please keep the pieces out of hot weather. In rare cases, Temperatures over 30°C may cause the seal to become tacky - if this happens, place the piece in a dark cool place. It will go back to normal in 1 - 2 days.

Dark coloured fabrics may also leave marks on light coloured beads if the garment is new or has a very intense colour. Please be mindful of this while wearing our products.

For cleaning, we recommend using a baby wipe or gentle household wipe. Do not clean our products with water.

Unfortunately, due to demand we currently can't facilitate custom or personalized orders.
