My first shipment was never delivered and there were some issues getting in contact but the owner was very kind and understanding when he was able to get back to me. I felt bad that I assumed the worst but he understood my frustrations and thought process and made sure to get a new one out to me with expedited shipping and tracking. It just came and is amazing quality beautiful craftsmanship.
