Returns and exchange details
Please contact us if you believe your item is lost or damaged and we will do our best to rectify any issues you are having! It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the cost of a return item.
Payment
We currently accept all payment methods which are supported by Etsy. This means you have a large variety of secure choices when it comes to the checkout, so you can choose what you are most comfortable with!

Note: depending on your payment method, there may be a delay in us receiving a notification of your order. This is due to processing times which are out of our control. Your order will be processed by as as soon as your funds are cleared by Etsy.
Delivery
We utilise Australia Post for all our shipping, both national and international. All purchases are posted in a rigid cardboard envelope or box.

Australian residents:

Your item will be posted within 1-5 working days of receiving payment. Based on Australia Posts' guidelines, you can generally expect to receive your item with 1-6 days after it is being posted. Depending on the time of year your order is placed and your location there can be some disparity amongst these delivery times. We aim to keep the costs down for you as much as we can!

Key rings, bracelets and paper goods:

Standard Letter: $2 (2-6 business days). This has no tracking, however, we have never had a parcel lost yet! If tracking is a concern to you, we suggest that you upgrade to Parcel Post.

Large bead necklaces and earrings:

If you purchase a large beaded necklace or earrings than no need to fear, tracking is included! These items have to be shipped as a small parcel due to their size.
Parcel Post $8.30

If you require your goodies urgently or want guaranteed delivery by a specific date, we recommend upgrading to Express Post. Please remember that the other regulations still apply. Express delivery does NOT mean your order goes to the top of the queue, it simple means that is the delivery method that AusPost will use to deliver your parcel.
Express Delivery $11.

International customers:

The Australia Post guidelines state that overseas mail should take between 3-10 business days. In our experience, it will depend on the country you are from, and it can take up to a month for the goods to arrive. We have listed the information as per the Australia post website, but you may expect longer delivery times. Please keep in mind that you may want to upgrade to an option that allows for you to track your item if you are concerned. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties.

We offer two international shipping options:

Economy Air Mail up to 250 grams (no tracking): $9.00 (6 business days)

Standard Mail up to 500 grams (tracking): $19-28 (5 business days)

You will receive an email as soon as your item has been posted. Once items are shipped we cannot take responsibility for their journey to you, we have no control over this! If you believe your item is lost or damaged please notify us and we will do our best to rectify any issues you are having.

CARING FOR YOUR GOODIES

PROPER CARE OF YOUR PURCHASES WILL ENSURE THEIR LONGEVITY AND KEEP THEM PRETTY AND SHINY FOR YEARS TO COME!

WOODEN BEADS:

Please avoid getting your wooden bead purchases wet! They have been sealed, however, a substantial amount of water on them is no good for wooden products. If beads become dirty, you can clean them by wiping with a lightly damp cloth. Do not pull or tug on your necklaces or key rings. They don’t really like that.
All wooden bead necklaces come in an organic cotton bag, which is the perfect home for your unique handcrafted goodies to stay safe and sound! They just love being snug as a bug in an organic cotton rug!
Please note that necklaces are designed for adult wear, not children.
If you have any incidents with items breaking, do no hesitate to contact us. Ensure you include the date it occurred, how it happened and a photograph of the item.


BRACELETS:

Bracelets are strung on a high quality elastic stretch cord. They do have a degree of stretch but do not pull them beyond what is necessary to put them on! They tend to get stressed and snap out of fear. I mean, we can all relate to being stretched too thin. All bracelets come at approximately 19cm diameter, but if you need a different size give us a buzz! We are more than happy to accommodate your arm candy requirements.


CARDS:

Treat with affection and give with love! We recommend you fill them up with messages which cause giggles, laughs and snorts.

SAFETY:
Warning – choking hazard.
Because our products are composed of small parts, they are not for children under the age of 3. The use of our products with children should always be supervised by an adult. We cannot accept responsibility for the misuse of any of our products.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do hope that you love your purchases and we aim to provide you with as much information as possible in our product descriptions and photographs. If you require more information than provided, please contact us before purchasing!
All of our products receive a lot of love and attention before going to the shop, in order to ensure they are of the highest quality before they travel to you.
We don’t accept change of mind returns, but if you feel you need to discuss a return, please contact us with a detailed description and photographs where applicable.
An item breaking from wear, tear and mistreatment is not cause for a return or refund. Please refer to our care instructions on how to best treat your handcrafted friends. Chains may tarnish over time, however, if you wish to replace it you can purchase a new chain - just send us an email. If you would like your key ring restrung, send us an email to arrange this. You will need to pay for return shipping.
