Hi there, and thank you for visiting my store - Wheelbarrow Road Art. My shop is primarily original watercolour paintings and prints. The name of the store is inspired by a little dirt road in the rural town I grew up in. I was raised on a small farm, and from that grew a life long love of animals. My art is inspired by the animals from my childhood especially Australian Wildlife and Farm Animals. My favourite medium is watercolour. I hope you enjoy my artwork as much as I do painting them. I am also available for commissions. I use recycled cardboard as backing boards when posting your artwork to reduce waste and help our environment. The shipment did arrive later than expected (but understandable as it was shipping from Australia to the US over the holidays). When I checked in on the shipment the seller was extremely responsive and helpful to get me the print. Great Etsy experience, would order from the shop again!

Shipping + COVID-19
Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible and clear backlog. Delivery times are approximately 4 weeks longer than normal delivery times.We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes, and we sincerely appreciate your support and patience during this time.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Your packages ship from Ulladulla a small coastal/rural town in Australia.
Prints are put in a protective cellophane pouch with rigid cardboard backing. Prints up to 11x14 inches are posted in Flat rigid mailers. Artwork larger than 11x14 inches will be rolled and sent in a mailing tube.
Gift Wrapping is available at check out for an additional fee. Wrapping includes decorative paper, ribbon and gift tag. Let me know your personalised message and i'll include it on the tag.
Missing items
I will only replace missing items when postage upgrade is chosen at checkout to include tracking. Free postage doesn't include tracking as a result I will not replace missing items.
Please be aware that I don't consider a parcel 'lost' in the post until it has been a full 8 weeks from the date of shipping, and I will not replace an item sooner than this.*Normally this time is much shorter, but due to the large shipping delays because of COVID-19, I have had to extend this time frame.
If your package is tracked and shows that it is delivered, I will not replace items.
Please check your postage address If you accidentally enter the wrong address contact me immediately to fix it, items that have shipped will not be refunded.
Do prints come framed?
Prints do not come framed. In my Etsy listings I show Prints in mockups to demonstrate how prints look framed only.
