What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?
An Industrial Design degree, a knack with computers but an aversion to the advertising industry, and a family full of pharmacists led to a career in 3D medical modelling and animation, via medical Industrial Design, Graphic Design, digitised traditional animation and web design.
Having spent over a decade working in the commercial art world in large cities in Australia and the UK, Fiona was unsatisfied and set out to work for herself in a smaller, friendlier location.

If an order is lost in the post or damaged or the wrong item has arrived please send a message and we can work it out.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me and I want to make transactions as smooth as possible. If there is anything that may deter you from leaving positive feedback, please let me know before leaving the neutral/negative feedback and I will do whatever I can to remedy the issue!
Payment
Australian bank account holders are welcome to pay via direct deposit or cheque if they wish. Please make your purchase first and then add in the message to seller box your preferred payment method or message me after checkout. I'll then send you the bank or postal details you need. If you decide to pay by cheque or DD, please note that I cannot ship out your order until the funds have cleared.
Payment must be made within two days of placing your order. If payment is not received during that time, your order will be cancelled.
Delivery
Your item will be shipped within two business days after your payment has cleared.
I use Australia Post for shipping. Postage within Australia should take 2-4 working days. International shipping can take anywhere from 10 to 14 business days.
If you require express or priority shipment please include a note to seller on your Etsy purchase page and I will send you an adjusted invoice for the upgraded shipping charge and get your package sent out to you absolutely as quickly as possible.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Giftwrapping is available free of charge - just ask!
