Fine Australian Home wares & knives

We created Yandiwa in 2014 after becoming completely fed-up with the offerings of soulless, environmentally catastrophic mass-produced products. Blergh!

With our professional backgrounds in archaeology we also wanted to create a space that celebrates hand-crafted art forms and rejuvenates millenia-old skills and knowledge.

Over time, Yandiwa has evolved to include finely crafted home wares and knives made from locally sourced Australian timbers, metal and leather.

We hand craft all our items in our Central Australian studio from environmentally responsible and ethically sourced materials.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of unused and completely undamaged items for an exchange or refund. Please be advised that return shipping is at your expense.

Please let us know if you wish to return an item within 5 business days of the item arriving. Returns must safely packaged and include the original packaging and all items.

We accept payment through Paypal.

We package our items super carefully, and ship them via Australia Post as quickly as we can!

All items shipped will be provided with a tracking number.

For our lovely customers outside Australia, we want you to be aware that some countries may impose a customs or import duty prior to you receiving your order.
Please be advised that it is your responsibility to check and pay for any custom and import duties.


Within Australia: 2 to 14 business days
International: 3 to 30 business days

We will arrange the postage of your item, lickety split! However, please be advised that once we post the items, we cannot take responsibility for postal company delays in shipping.
