This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

1. Information I Collect
To fulfill your digital order, you authorize Etsy to provide me with certain basic information, such as your name, email address, transaction date, and the specific details of the math product you ordered. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information if you contact me directly through Etsy messaging for customer support.Note: I do not have access to, nor do I collect or store, your credit card information, bank details, or billing addresses. All payment processing is handled securely by Etsy.

2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
* As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your digital download order, settle customer support disputes, or provide assistance.
* If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order, or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by US tax law.
* As necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, namely providing and improving my services, and complying with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is vital to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and circumstances, as follows:
* Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
* Compliance with laws: I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal processes or government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms, and policies; or (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud, illegal activity, security, or technical issues.

4. Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce my agreements. I generally keep purchase transaction data for a time period of 7 years for US tax compliance purposes.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion
If you reside in certain territories (including the EU and California), you have specific rights regarding your personal data.
* Access & Portability: You may request a copy of the personal data I hold about you by contacting me directly.
* Deletion & The "Right to be Forgotten": If you wish to have your personal data deleted, please note that because your purchase was completed on Etsy, you must submit an official account deletion request directly to Etsy Support to remove your data from their database. Upon notification from Etsy or a direct request from you, I will permanently delete your personal information from any of my private business files (such as customer support logs or email lists).
* The Tax Exception: Please note that data privacy laws allow businesses to retain necessary transaction records to meet legal obligations. For US tax compliance, I am legally required to maintain financial transaction records (such as order IDs, dates, and sales amounts) for up to 7 years. These financial records will not be deleted during a standard data wipe.
