The Amber Living Story
In 2018 I was introduced by a friend to the magical world of essential oils, this sparked a passion for making my own skincare and cleaning products, utilising their power and potency.
So I tried my hand at formulating my own products, which presented the need for glass containers and labels to give my formulas a professional finish. Not able to find exactly what I wanted, particularly in the case of labels, I decided to provide (and create) my own, hence Amber Living was born.
My love for simplistic living, DIY'ing and my desire to live as close to a zero waste lifestyle as possible and help others achieve the same, are the inspiration and motive behind Amber Living.
Amber Living is a locally owned and operated business, located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, South Australia. Still in its infancy, Amber Living is a home-based, one-woman operation (that is me), with the occasional help from my teenage son and man of the house.
I'm so excited to bring you stylish, refillable options for everyday products regularly used in the home, as well as a range of premium, natural skincare ingredients for your homemade formulas. I hope you feel inspired to get creative and make your own beautiful formulations using nature's gorgeous botanicals.
