Returns and exchanges
No Refunds are allowed. If you would like to exchange your item for another or combination of items equalling the same amount minus the shipping cost, please convo me to discuss.

Items will be shipped by USPS, either regular mail or Priority, and shipping prices do include the price of delivery confirmation.
If you would like additional insurance you must contact me before purchase so that I can adjust the shipping charges for you. Also if you would like the item shipped a different way, convo me first so that I can check on shipping charges.

Custom orders on some items will be accepted, but a 50% deposit is required so I can purchase materials needed. The balance and shipping due at time of sale.
Deposits are non-refundable. I reserve the right to refuse any custom order requested.
