Each and every item in my shop is my own design, and I use only high quality materials.

I'm very flexible about sizes, colors and details. If You like some particular item in my shop and want it with some minor changes, please feel free to contact me. I'm 100% convo friendly.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
I work with care and passion and I really pay much attention to quality. But if there are some defects I would be happy to fix them or replace item(s) as long as the item reaches me back in perfect condition.
I do not refund the shipping fee and the cost of sending it back, the item is up to you.
In the case if you just don't like the item - the color, the size then no refunds or exchanges are available.

Requests for refund - no later than 14 days after receiving item.

CANCELLATIONS: We don't accept cancellation, all purchases are final.
I accept Paypal, Credit and Debit cards and Etsy Gift Cards.
Coupon codes: only one coupon code could be applied per order. The coupon code could be applied only when checkout and there is no way it could be applied after the order is placed.

I ship from Latvia (Europe). So please read the rules carefully.

The orders are posted to the shipping address stated in Your Etsy profile, so please make sure that it is correct!

Or please convo me in case another address should be used.

Orders are sent within 2-7 working days after receiving the payment.
All items are carefully wrapped and shipped in safe bubble envelopes.
We ship via Latvian Post, using international registered mail which includes tracking + signature upon delivery. If no one is home when the letter carrier attempts delivery, the letter carrier will leave a notice and return the item to the Post Office. Check the notice for specific instructions or call to your local post office to have the package redelivered.

* Please convo us if you didn't received your order within 20 days after payment complete.

I'll send you the tracking number of the package, so you will be able to track your item throughout shipping.

Once shipped, here are possible reception delays, according to Latvian Post Service:
- EU: up to 4-10 days;
- US: up to 1-3 weeks (usually the shipping lasts about 6-8 days, but it can still vary up to 4 weeks, or even more, especially at winter time, delivered by USPS);
- Everywhere else: up to 1-3 weeks.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for the postal system for stolen, damaged or "lost in the mail" goods during shipping.
