Announcement   Hello and welcome to Bead Lovelies :-)

As from June 2016, I decided not to list any new beads and components in my Etsy shop.

I've been so busy with my ocean themed jewelry line that I haven't had much time to create new beads lately, let alone maintain this shop.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I want you to be super happy with your purchase so if for any reason you’re not happy with your items, you can return them to me within 7 days of receipt and I will refund you as soon as I receive the item/s.

I will only refund the cost of the item/s, not the cost of shipping either way, or any additional customs/handling fees.
Payment
I accept payment via PayPal.

You don’t need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal. If you wish, you can choose the PayPal Option during checkout and click the "Pay Now" button after you submit your order.

Then all you need to do is scroll down and you’ll see an option to pay with your credit or debit card, without signing up for a PayPal account.
Shipping
I ship worldwide and I ship all ready-to-ship items on the following business day by regular MaltaPost mail. This is to keep shipping costs to a minimum.

Tracking is not available with this option and the postage charge does not include insurance.

If you would like me to ship your items via MaltaPost Registered Mail, please let me know. To send out your items by Registered Mail, I will need to add 3 Euro to the total amount because that is how much the service costs. With Registered Mail I will be able to give you a tracking number so that you can track your parcel.

If I still need to make the beads or pendants that you ordered, then I will let you know how long it will take me to make the beads. Once ready, I will ship the order on the following business day.

Europe – within 7 working days
USA & Canada – up to 15 working days
Australia – up to 21 working days

Please note that the above are just estimated times and there are cases where mail takes longer to arrive at its destination (please see my announcement at the beginning of this section for Christmas cut off dates). If your country is not included above and you would like to know how long your parcel will take to arrive, please send me a quick message and I will check for you.

Customers who live outside of Europe, may incur custom/duty charges. These are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.
