Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you return your goods within 21 days of receiving it and the good/s are returned in as new condition with its original packaging, we'll give you a refund of the sale price minus postage. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for safely packing your return so we receive the items in their original condition and you must pay for return postage.
Faulty goods
Exchanges and full refunds can be given where goods are faulty (other than any fault that was clearly communicated in the listing), wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do. If you are asked to return the good/s buyer's postage will be reimbursed. Keep all relevant receipts.

How long does delivery take?
Items are sent as regular post and regular parcels. Packages are usually shipped out (packed and mailed) within 2 business days. It usually takes 2-6 business days Australia Wide or 3-10 business days via international post. There have been times where packages and letter take longer than expected, if you haven't received your item, please send me a message.
