HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
For domestic mail:
• Dec. 16 - Parcel Post packages
• Dec. 20 - Priority Mail or First Class Mail (letters)
-Dec. 23 - Express Mail
For international mail:
• Dec. 4 - First-class Mail and Priority Mail to Africa and South and Central America
• Dec. 11 - First-class and Priority Mail sent to other foreign countries

I will mail the item prior to the deadline, but it is up to the USPS to deliver it on time. Returns and exchanges
I stand behind my work, so if you find any fault with any item, please contact me first and return the item within 7 days of receipt. I will refund your payment plus your return postage (First Class only) OR I'll repair the work and ship it back to you OR I'll offer an exchange or replacement if at all possible.
(note: Since most of my work is one-of-a-kind, I can't guarantee an exact replica for replacements.)

Shipping
You may upgrade to Priority or Express Mail; simply contact me with your postal code for the exact cost before sending payment.
If you prefer I use some other shipping method, please advise and I will adjust the costs accordingly. Once your order is shipped, any significant amount you were charged over the final cost of shipping will be refunded.

Shipping internationally can be tricky these days. I will try to get the least expensive shipping rate for you. However, I cannot be responsible for any taxes, import or customs fees imposed on your purchase by your country's government. Also, I am required to accurately list the item and its value on any customs form I complete. Please keep this in mind when purchasing from my store. Refunds and Exchanges Please convo or email me if you wish to exchange an item or be refunded for any reason. I'm quite sure a solution can be reached!
If you have an address on Etsy that is different from your Paypal address and I do not get a convo from you telling me which address to ship to I will ship to the PayPal address.
I cannot be fully held responsible for any damage caused by the carrier on their delivering/transportation. But I do carefully pack on my side. However, if such thing happen, please do contact me ASAP.
