Hello and welcome,
Below you'll find my shipping and refund policies. Please have a look at them before purchasing anything. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions. Most importantly - thanks for shopping with me!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Each piece is an original and has never been duplicated. Should a piece be damaged in shipping I will require a digital image of the damage within 7 days, the return of the work (at the expense of the purchaser) and a refund will be provided should the damage have been caused by poor packing or shipping. I do not remake pieces - each is one of a kind - you will receive a refund or we can negotiate an exchange for a similarly priced piece still available in the shop.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchases please email me to discuss the problem. I would like you to be happy with your purchase. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs and will make sure the item is properly packed in its original packaging.
At this point I'm only accepting payments via paypal.
Your order will not be shipped until your transaction is completed and paid for.
Please make sure your shipping address on Etsy is correct. This is the address I use for all my shipping. I do not use the address on Paypal. If you would like your order sent to a different address than the one you have for shipping please leave me a note of where you would like it shipped in the comments section of your order or email me with the address of where you would like it sent.

This work is quite fragile to ship, but I have had years of experience shipping it so it should arrive no problem. I double box each piece. Your purchase will be packed securely. I do use recycled boxes (but they do still have to meet my standards!)

This work should be shipped with insurance against loss and damage due to the price of the work. The only company in Canada to provide shipping insurance on ceramic work is UPS. Once you've chosen to purchase a piece I will get a quote from them. Shipping costs up to $50 will be covered, any additional costs will be charged to the purchaser.

I pack and ship once a week, if you're in a big hurry please let me know in the comments section and I'll get to the order asap.

Any extra charges for express mail or insurance will be charged to the purchaser.

I am not responsible for international customs charges or breakage that occur because of customs checks.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you have any interest in works seen on my website ( please feel free to contact me and if the piece is available I'll be happy to add the item to the shop.

I'm currently not in the position to do any commissioned projects (I have a one year old in the house!) When circumstances change I will let you know. Thanks for understanding.
