I purchased the wrong listing by accident. Can you please send me the files I meant to buy?

Due to the digital nature of the products, exchanges cannot be made. Please ensure you have the correct listing in your shopping cart before going through with the transaction.

I changed my mind about my purchase and won’t use the files. Can I have a refund?

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds cannot be given.

Can I share the files with my bestie?

Please do not share your files with anyone. Even your bestie. It’d be great if you wouldn’t mind pointing said bestie in my shop’s direction though!

I don’t know how to use [insert design software of choice]. Can you help me?

I’m afraid I cannot offer technical support beyond any issues with the files themselves. Please check out Youtube or lynda.com for guidance.

I can’t download anything. What’s wrong with your files?

If the downloads are not available to you, it is most likely because you are on a mobile device. Please try accessing your files from a computer.

I have downloaded my order, but I can't open my files or print them?

Please be sure that you have unzipped or extracted the files from the .ZIP folder the files come in before trying to use them in your program or software.

Okay, so how do I unzip the files?

WINDOWS - “right click” on the ZIP folder, select “Extract all”, then select “Destination” and click “OK”. Go to the folder where it is now saved, click on it, and the contents will appear.

MAC - Right-click the ZIP file on your Mac, click “Open With” from the pop-up menu and then click “Archive Utility” to decompress the file.

I didn’t get the Etsy email containing my download links. Can you resend the email?

The email containing your download links is automated, so this is not possible—please check your spam folder and/or be sure you’re checking the email associated with your Etsy account.

You can always access your files from your Etsy account by going to You > Purchases and Reviews and looking for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

If you still for any reason cannot access your files, please contact me.

I haven’t received links to my downloads yet. I thought this was meant to be instant?

If you do not have access to your downloads, it is most likely due to a delay in the payment processing.

The download will not be instant if payment is made via e-check (e-cheque) with Paypal. Be certain you have a card and bank account linked with Paypal to avoid this or you may have to wait up to five business days for the check to clear before gaining access to the files.

Otherwise, from time to time there can be a delay of up to 72 hours with Etsy’s payment processor. This unfortunately is beyond my control but is not usually a problem.
