These cookies were made gluten and dairy free, and EVERYONE loved them at our daughter's wedding. They tasted great and we got lots of compliments. The mexican wedding cookies were really appreciated by my daughter as a favorite. I gently tossed them in powdered sugar again before setting them out, as all mexican wedding cookies absorb the first coating. They looked so beautiful next to the italian sprinkle cookies. With children at the wedding, these were a great idea too because they could just grab them and run around. The baker/seller is 100% professional in every way, from prep, guarantees, packing, shipping, and communication. Highly recommend with NO reservations. We will definitely use again for holiday baking needs too. Thanks so much for making our daughter's day special. We had two little bags of each which we kept back to send with them, and they were very happy about that. Thanks again.

Oh my - I have died and gone to heaven - these cookies are so-o-o-o good - no gluten and no zanthan gum! I had them with a cup of herbal orange spice tea - very tender, crispy and flavorful - yum-m-m!
