Returns will be refunded to your Paypal account. You have 14 days within receipt of item to convo me for return instructions. After that I am unable to accept returns.

My items are made carefully and should not break if you follow the guidelines I include in every package. In the event it does break due to faulty workmanship, I will happily repair the item at my cost within 6 months of purchase. I am not responsible for your water-logged, chewed up, or pulled apart items. If you would like to arrange a repair due to accidents or mishandling please convo me to set up details. There will be a $5 charge for any items returned without a prior authorization. Please remember that shipping costs after purchase are up to you, the customer.

My jewelry is not meant for children under the age of 12 as it may contain lead or pets. My jewelry is also not meant to be slept in, bathed in, swam in, or worn while changing the oil in the family car. This is not an all-inclusive list. Basically, use common sense and take pride in your beautiful handmade jewelry. I will enclose a care card with your purchase on keeping your handmade jewelry beautiful for years to come, as well as a copy of my policies.
