All of the items in my shop are flameworked by me with love, propane and oxygen using a minor bench burner. Torching lampwork beads since 1997 .
All of my beads go straight from the flame into the kiln to be annealed and each one is individually checked before being offered for sale. I use no transfer pictures, no painting on them - only the flow of glass and my imagination.

I joyfully create lampwork beads daily in my peaceful little studio ~~on serene and beautiful Whidbey island in the verdant pacific northwest. Our small cottage home backs up next to a 10 acre forest where there is an abundance of birds and I love hearing their joyful song.

I am open to accepting color suggestions .................Being that I work solo in my little studio my turn around time is about 1 month, I know that is a very long time but I also work a 40 work week and my family obligations come first. If you are willing to wait or can understand about delays please convo me.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to me within 2 weeks and a refund will be issued upon receiving the item
I will refund you 100% of the purchase price as long as the item is received back in its original condition less $3.00 as a restocking fee to cover my shipping expenses and packaging supplies. For any item that is returned the shipping charges are your responsibility.

♦I only ship to the address that is confirmed on your Paypal account. Please make sure the address confirmed on your Paypal account is the accurate address before buying - this is your responsibility! I need to ship to this address because of Paypal's policy regarding contested transactions. They will not cover either party's expenses should something happen to the item if the item has not been shipped to the address they have on file.
♦ If you would like insurance it is available for $1.70 more .As a small business I am unable to absorb the costs of lost or stolen merchandise.
♦International customers! Sadly the US postal service does not offer international tracking at any sort for a reasonable price, so it is *ship at your own risk*....I have shipped many many international packages without incident, but if it gets lost in customs or whatever I cannot refund you. I am sorry!
International buyers are responsible for their own custom duties/taxes if there are any at all.
