Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years. 

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, I absolutely do custom and personalised orders! I’m happy to alter the designs in my shop or work with you on something custom that suits you, but I will not copy someone else’s design, so please do not ask me to do so. If you love something someone else has created, I encourage you to order directly from them!

When will my order ship?

Current processing time is 6-10 business days unless otherwise noted on the item listing.

Please note that custom orders may have longer processing times.

When will my order be delivered?

Estimated delivery times vary by your location and shipping option selected during checkout. Please see the shipping policies page of my shop for all shipping + delivery details!


Is there tracking for my order?

Starting January 2020, all orders will ship with tracking.

If the order you placed in 2019 includes tracking, you will find the details in your Shipping Notification e-mail or in the purchase details of your order within your Etsy account.

What is the difference between the flat and folded card options?

The flat option is similar to a postcard, but with the reverse side blank. The folded option is a traditional folded card with the inside blank.
