* What happens when a buyer decides they want to return an item?
A buyer has a week from the received date to send the item back, they pay shipping.
*** I provide measurements for most of my clothing items, if you do not know your measurements than I am not responsible for your item not fitting correctly***
* What happens when a buyer claims an item was received damaged?
I would ensure the buyer that they should have considered insurance and offer to fix the item free of charge depending on the damage. If the item is no longer wanted because of damage then I will allow a refund
