We produce high quality DIY printable invites, cards and decorations for your special occasion.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of the product, unfortunately no refunds or exchanges are available.

Hudson Meet Rose cannot be held responsible for any errors/omissions once artwork had been approved and print ready files sent.

If you are at all dissatisfied with your order please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do what I can to remedy the situation.
Payment
Payment is accepted via PayPal, credit card, debit card and Etsy gift card.

The delivery turnaround time will start once the payment has cleared.

Payment is due at time of purchase. If an issue arises that will effect payment, please contact us.

Please contact Hudson Meet Rose prior to purchase for any customisations (size, layout, color, font, graphical...) beyond text on any order as there are additional charges for those.
Delivery
All listings are digital files only. No physical item will be shipped.

There are two options at checkout. You can choose the fast 24 hour turnaround. With this option you will receive your first proof within the first 24 hours of purchase. The second option is the 2-5 day turnaround.

All digital files will be emailed to you. They will be sent to the email address associated to your Etsy account. If you would like your files sent to an alternative email address, please let us know.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that all items are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not share, sell, or distribute any file for profit.

We do not sell editable files. All edits are to be made by Hudson Meet Rose.

You will receive up to TWO sets of proofs for revisions. Any changes made after this will be subject to an additional charge per item.

Hudson Meet Rose is not liable for any printing errors and any subsequent monetary loss. Please check the proof thoroughly. As with all printing, colour variations can change dramatically from screen to screen and when printed. Please do a test print at home or ask your local printer to test the colours.

We do not provide any proofs before payment is made.

We provide finished artwork. We do not supply templates or background images.
