The Jess Kay Designs customer embraces artistic design. She wants to invest in a timeless piece of jewelry that she can wear every day, that is still striking yet subtle, and speaks to her personality. She appreciates quality, materials and details. With a background in Interior Architecture, I often find this influencing my designs. When I'm not in the studio, I can be found playing with our two dogs, Pepper and Titus, flipping through fashion magazines, visiting car shows, cooking/baking, or enjoying the amazing California weather.

When I'm not spending my time making jewelry and running this little business, I am utilizing my degree in Interior Architecture. I enjoy spending my time designing and working with color, material and texture.

Jewelry is designed and created by me. I work hard to create beautiful artisan pieces. Some pieces are One-of-a-Kind (OOAK), a few are repeat designs. Every piece is unique and special since it is all handcrafted, including the recycled silver pieces I use within my jewelry designs.

Returns and exchanges
- Returns must be made within 14 days of order date. No exceptions. Contact me for return information
- Merchandise must be in new condition (unworn), with all packaging intact
- Original shipping fees will be deducted from refund and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
- Items that have defects may be repaired or exchanged within 14 days of purchase
- Repairs due to user wearing/handling will incur a $35 fee for labor and materials
- All purchases for custom orders, sale items & earrings are final - no returns on these items

Shipping
For shipping outside of the United States: By default, items will ship using USPS Mail for $16. Delivery Confirmation and Insurance will NOT be included unless you would like to pay for these services. Any extra fees that may occur through customs will be the responsibility of the buyer. This is the only options I have for shipping Internationally unless you would like to pay extra for other shipping services.
*Please understand that I cannot guarantee how fast the package will get to you. However, I will provide proof of receipt to show the date it has shipped (and/or delivery confirmation # for US) if needed. I am not responsible for packages lost during shipping. Thank you for understanding.
Additional policies and FAQs
Almost all of my jewelry contains either sterling silver or fine silver - naturally, this metal may tarnish or darken over time. It can easily be fixed by cleaning or polishing your piece of jewelry. If you have questions about how to do this, please contact me.
The recycled silver that I use is considered Fine Silver (99%) and is derived from Art Clay Silver. Fine Silver has fewer alloys/other metals in it, therefore making Fine Silver a softer metal than sterling silver.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If item was damaged when received, please take a picture of damage and email the picture to me - I will then assess the situation and discuss the next steps to be taken.
REPAIRS:
Jewelry is delicate and if not handled carefully, it may break. If a repair is needed please contact me. If a stone/component is lost, it is possible that I may not be able to replace the piece lost due to the one-of-a-kind aspect of the pieces, but I will do my best and a stone replacement can possibly be worked out. Fees for materials may apply based on extent of repair. You pay shipping to me and I will pay shipping back to you. Please contact me if you have any questions.
