Beautifully handcrafted macrame decor and art

Hi my name is Erica. I am a Mum first and foremost, a Nurse and have a little time on the side for my true creative passion macrame.

I am super lucky to live less than 10 minutes from some of the most pristine beaches in the world. Pure white sand and crystal clear waters. I am biased off course, but haven't found better yet! This is where I take inspiration from: the coast, raw elements and nature.

Mac and More is a reflection of my personality, loves and design style.

I spend countless hours planning balanced designs and complimentary colour schemes. I often mix techniques such a macrame and handweaving to create unique and texture pieces.

My macrame art work is an echo of the vintage 70's but with a contemporary and sophisticated edge! Mac and more pieces will suit eclectic styled decors such as bohemian, industrial, mediterranean or work perfectly with the modern minimalistic scandi trend.

Spoil yourself and liven up your decor with a special and unique piece of art!

Hope you love it!

E x

Welcome and thank you for visiting mac and more. A place where I can create fibre art and macrame in a modern and refreshing way.

I have always loved eclectic styled interiors and love mixing industrial with organic textured styles. Recreating the popular 70's style of art macrame, has allowed me to merge something vintage with on trend design.

As long as I can remember I have loved plants and get great enjoyment from creating living and natural art. Combining this passion with macrame has allowed me to make unique and beautiful pieces that are perfect as a gift or focal point to any room, office, or business. So whether you prefer something simplistic or enjoy a more striking statement piece you are sure to find something that reflects your artistic style.

Hopefully I can instill a little piece of beauty, art and nature into your space.

Additional policies and FAQs
Indoor vs Exterior use: All macrame hangers, art and decor is recommended for indoor use only unless specified as exterior. Water and direct exposure to sunlight can cause damage to cotton and some fibres, therefore we do not recommend that you place our products outdoors.

Mounting hangers: To mount your macrame hanging planter to the ceiling be sure to insert a cup hook into a ceiling joist, or timber beam. Do not directly place the hook into the ceiling plaster as this is not secure or safe.

Many of our wall hangings/ wall art can be mounted on screws in the wall. The weave often obscures it from view once hung.

When watering plants we recommend that you use a spray bottle only, as to avoid over watering, or accidentally spilling water on the fibres of the macrame.
When using your own pots with our macrame please make sure they do not have drainage holes as this may damage the macrame rope fibres.
