Cosmic Chic and Crafty Times

✨ Miss Bits & Pieces believes that there is no such things as too much glitter and sparkle. ✨

✨ Growing up in Melbourne she was often found surrounded by glitter, fabric, ribbon, paper and pencils, beads, flowers, wool, cross-stitch, nail polish, fondant, lego and any other medium that can be arranged, crafted or baked into something fun. Now Miss Bits & Pieces creates mostly jewellery but also tinkers with making accessories, stationary and clothing, so you never know what you will find her shop!

While completing a PhD in Astrophysics crafting kept her sane, and she continues to find inspiration from all things space. Glittery cosmic chic is at the heart of everything Miss Bits & Pieces makes and she encourages you to join her by donning your shiniest outfit and stepping outside to view the stars. ✨

Miss Bits & Pieces wants to inject a little sparkle and whimsy into your day or night. All pieces are carefully and happily handmade by me using new and upcycled bits I collect.

Returns and exchange details
I want you to love your purchase from Miss Bits & Pieces so I will do my best to work out any issues should they arise.

Please double check the item description and size before purchasing. I always do my best to accurately photograph and describe each piece, use these as your guide when deciding if the piece will suit your or the recipients style and size requirements.

All my pieces are carefully checked before entering the shop and again before they are posted to their new home. Miss Bits & Pieces is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged items once they have been mailed out.

Unfortunately Miss Bits & Pieces does not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you think that your item is not as described please contact me within 7 days of receiving the parcel. In the unlikely event that the item is incorrect or faulty I will gladly accept the item back for a full refund of the item's purchase price. I am also happy to exchange or repair items. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in near original packaging.

Payment is accepted through Etsy Direct Checkout or Paypal. Etsy Direct Checkout allows you to use your credit card or debit card, and Etsy gift vouchers.

Items will ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment.

* Please make sure your Etsy address is correct as this is the address I will ship to. Miss Bits & Pieces will not replace items shipped to an incorrectly supplied address.

I ship within Australia via standard parcel post which does include tracking (yay!). If you require express shipping or would like your package insured please message me prior to purchasing and I will contact you within 24 hours with a shipping quote.

Parcel post can take up to 10 days to arrive, but you can track your purchase right to your door. If your package has not arrived within the expected time frame or you think that your parcel is missing please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.

We also offer an upgrade to Australia Post Express Post, which you can select at the checkout.

I ship to New Zealand via Australia Post Air Mail, which *does not* include tracking, for $10.55 AUD (up to 500g). If you require tracking, express shipping or would like your package insured please message me prior to purchasing and I will contact you within 24 hours with a shipping quote.

Pack and Track or Registered International Post are available for $17.55 AUD.

Air mail can take up to 30 days to arrive. If your package has not arrived within the expected time frame or you think that your parcel is missing please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.

We now ship internationally! Yay! All items are sent via Australia Post and *do not* include tracking. Miss Bits & Pieces will not be responsible items lost with standard untracked shipping. If you would like to upgraded to a tracked or registered parcel please contact me.

International mail can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, sometimes even 2 - 3 months depending on your location. Please allowing extra time for delivery to remote or rural areas, and to account for potential customs delays. Anything from postal strikes, earthquakes, holidays, customs to an incorrect postal address can seriously delay the arrival of your parcel.
If your package has not arrived within the expected time frame or you think that your parcel is missing please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
