If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me to discuss options for exchange or replacement only. Please make contact prior to sending your item back and state the reason for the return. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of order and in the same condition in which it was received. Due to the nature of custom work, I cannot offer returns on custom orders unless due to defective workmanship. You are responsible for shipping the item back, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchange or replacement will be processed when the item is received by me and you are responsible for any proof of delivery, such as Signature Confirmation or Delivery Confirmation by the USPS. By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms.
Payment
To avoid a delay with your order, please make sure your mailing address is the same as your address listed with Paypal. I will not ship the package until mailing address is confirmed.
Shipping
US orders are shipped via USPS first class mail or Priority mail with delivery confirmation. In stock items will ship within 3 business days. Custom designs will go into production within 24 hours of payment completion and can be expected to ship in 2 to 4 weeks. If a custom order takes longer than expected, you will be promptly notified with a new estimated completion and ship date.
