Thank you for visiting Forage Antiques, where you will find an eclectic selection of vintage and antique items with the occasional sprinkling of handmade. I have sold online for 14 years, and have been in the antiques and collectibles business even longer. I strive to provide accurate descriptions and prompt service so my customers will be happy with their purchases.

Returns and exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please notify me upon receipt. Any returns must be posted within 3 days of receipt and must include tracking. If I have made an error, I will be responsible for shipping. If the return is discretionary, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges.

Payment

Payment may be made through Paypal or via credit card through Direct Checkout.

Shipping

Items are shipped by the quickest USPS method covered by the shipping charges, and all shipments include Delivery Confirmation. Items usually ship within 3 business days of payment; otherwise, buyer will be notified of any delay.
Items will only be shipped to the address on the invoice (in the case of Paypal, to the address associated with the account).

Additional policies and FAQs

If a buyer fails to take receipt of his or her shipment and fails to respond to messages regarding said shipment, and the shipment is returned to me, there will be a 50% restocking charge and no refund will be issued for any shipping charges.
