About
The story of Om Saha started on a remote lonely beach
On most winters my boyfriend and I pack up our gypsy camper, take our dogs and embark on a long road trip adventure. Our journey takes us through winding roads, mountains, deserts, hiways and lonesome towns. In the end we'll stop somewhere on lonely and remote beach in Mexico and call it a home for a while. Some years ago on one of these trips I needed something to feed my creative soul while living on the beach and started making jewelry. I fell in love with the creative process and continued making jewelry once retuning home and opened my Etsy shop soon after.
Now I have an attic studio in our century farm house, and while making my art I can see the surrounding farmland and forests from my window. I like working early in the morning. I'll have my coffee on the porch with my dogs, go say hello to the horses and start work.
I have a passion for ethnic beads, I like that they are handmade and not always so perfect. I'm also fascinated by gemstones, their meaning and healing properties.
I’m grateful that I can make a living doing something I love and which echos my bohemian, wanderlusting and free spirited look in life.
I love what I do, and I hope my jewelry will illuminate your heart and awaken your soul.
