Where is my tracking number?
My products do not have tracked shipping unless specifically requested because AusPost's tracking prices are $24 and upwards.
If you would like tracking, please message me before purchasing an item so I can create a custom listing with tracking for you!
Why does it take so long for you to send my order?
I live out of town and get to the post office once every two weeks at most. Your product is coming and I will send it as soon as I can, I promise!
Why is my parcel taking so long to arrive?
I live in the country, so your parcel must get from a country post office, to the city post office, to the capital post office and then to the international depot. Please allow 2-3 months for international orders. If your parcel takes longer to arrive please feel free to message me and I will send a replacement or a refund.
