Saturday-Sunday: Closed (Email or Orders placed at this time will be answered on Monday)

I ship to your Etsy address on file. Please make sure shipping information is up to date I am not responsible if the wrong address is provided on your etsy account.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Small-light weight items ship USPS first class mail

USPS Priority mail with in the U.S takes approx 3-5 business days but not guaranteed. Delivery confirmation provided. Insurance is NOT included if you would like to insure your package please let us know in advance so we may quote you a price.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged items if insurance is not purchased. If you would like your package insured please contact me prior to your purchase.

Once a package is dropped at the post office I can not guarantee when it will be delivered

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

I ship Monday-Friday

Small-light weight items ship USPS first class INTL mail.

INTL Priority Mail takes approx 10-20 business days to receive but NOT guaranteed. Packages are now trackable!

We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. That being said we will wrap all packages thoroughly, make sure the address is clear and do everything within our power to make sure you get your purchase in a timely fashion.

We have no control how long an item stays in customs once it reaches the destination country. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer responsible.

If you do prefer a shipping method that provides tracking or insurance, just let us know and we will make arrangements and let you know the cost in advance.
