All international Garland, Mobile and Wreath orders will carry full tracking as standard. In theory these orders should take 7 days to be delivered from the day they ship but may take longer. Tracking details will be provided in your dispatch notification.

If you need the garland mailed directly to a friend and would like it gift wrapped I am happy to do this for you and have a gift wrap and gift note service listed in my shop. Thank you.

I ship internationally from the UK using Fist Class Royal Mail. Over seas items will all be Air Mail.

SHIPPING TIMES can vary dramatically depending on the time of year.
In the UK you can normally expect your item to be delivered the day after it is dispatched.
Within Europe your item should arrive within 5 days after dispatch.
For Australia and USA delivery is usually 7- 14 days (but can take up to 6 weeks in some rare occasions).

I will always have a proof of postage receipt from Royal Mail for your item.

All Garlands ordered within the UK will be posted First Class.
Tracking within the UK is available at an extra £1.20.

Royal Mail Tracking and Signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days.

I will use the Royal mail Airsure service and send you the tracking number for your item once it has been mailed.

I mail all garlands in strong cardboard 'Lil' envelopes, like those used by the large mail order companies such as Amazon. This form of packaging insures the garland arrives safely and is also 100% recyclable.

I offer a gift wrapping and note writing service, listed in the packaging extras section, should the item be a gift for a friend.
