The doormat took 25 days to get to us. Agreed, we had the holiday season in between and this is handmade, but we expected it to be delayed by 10 days at the max, not almost a month. Even when it got here, it's thinner than I expected. Also, the paint is faded a little and I'm just not very happy with this buy. It does look good and I'm sure if it wasn't the holiday season, it wouldn't have been delayed so long. The other reviews all commented that the shipping was fast. I was really excited about this doormat but don't think it was worth the price.

I seriously love my new doormat! Doormat's for as simple as they are can go very wrong features-wise. It has rubber on the bottom so it doesn't slide, the top is rough and functional but doesn't shed and make a mess, and she was able to update the characters written for no additional fee which I really appreciated!
