Awesome patch! Came in a fancy package and everything. It was a little difficult to sew on, especially the embroidered parts, but that's because it's so thick and well-made. Super cool.

Returns and exchanges

I accept returns on all items that are not a custom order within 10 days of purchase. They must be in the same condition they were shipped in. I will do alterations for free but you will be responsible for shipping costs. I want the hat to fit perfectly nd would rather alter it for you than have you return it and be dissatisfied with your purchase.

Payment

If you are paying via PayPal, you must complete payment on paypal.com before I can ship your item

Please make sure that the shipping address listed in your Etsy account matches the shipping address in your PayPal profile.

Shipping

I ship everything usps and always provide a tracking number. If you are in the buffalo area we can arrange for a pickup.

It takes 1 to 2 weeks for me to complete an item before I can ship it. I will make sure to keep you updated about your purchase.

I can do rush orders for an additional fee that we can work out at the time of your purchase.

If you are outside of the US I can offer you cheaper shipping but I will not be able to provide any tracking information and will not be responsible for any lost packages. Please send me a convo and I will work out different shipping for you if you do not require tracking.

I will not provide false information on customs forms.

I will need your head size before I can begin working on your hat, as well as color specifications if there are any.

I do custom pieces. I will work with you to make the headpiece of your dreams!
