Returns and exchanges
All one-of-a-kind and custom items are non-refundable and not exchangeable. Tees are not refundable, but they may be exchanged for a different size in the same design. Paper goods are open to refunds and exchanges. However, in all cases, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs, which must include insurance. Please contact me within seven days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Payment is generally expected within three business days in the form of a money order or through PayPal.
All domestic packages are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking and insurance for (one-of-a-kind) item's full value are included in the shipping cost. Thus, Sequined Seduction is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.

International orders are sent via First Class International or Global Priority mail. Upon request, I will provide a quote for standard shipping as well as for registered mail options (tracking and insurance). Please note that you may also be responsible for any Customs fees. Sequined Seduction is not liable for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
