BACKORDERS | Sometimes an item is so popular it gets quickly snatched up. You can still place your order and we promise to get it to you asap; if it’ll be on backorder longer than two weeks, we can issue a refund.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES | We love what we do and we want you to love your items. Brand new unworn, unwashed items with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair may be exchanged 14 days of purchase for store credit only. With this in mind, we list as much info as possible for each item so the only surprise you get is how amazing it looks when you try it on! Please feel free to ask us any questions you may have up front.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases.

Please message me if you would like to add insurance to your item, as I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. I do not assume any responsibility for any items once it has been given to USPS or UPS.
ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. I highly recommend purchasing Insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your items.

We strive to ship within 7 days of purchase, we use the addresses provided to us on the invoice. Be sure to verify your address before purchase because:
• I will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. This includes Paypal addresses.
• Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
