if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. i welcome all comments and suggestions and would prefer we work it out. i will happily refund your money [minus the s/h charge, if applicable] upon receipt of the item in question, but it must be received in the same manner as it was when i shipped it to you. i'm not responsible for damaged items [please refer to shipping insurance policy above].
my preferred method of payment is paypal. it's fast and safe for everyone involved. all i ask is you please check the address for your paypal account and be sure it is up to date and where you wish your item to be sent. unless otherwise notified, either by conversation or in your payment instructions, this is the address your item will be mailed to.

i also accept cash and money orders via snail mail. personal checks must clear before i send an item. please send cash at your own risk! i wouldn't advise it.

payment must be received within three days of purchase, if using paypal. please complete your transaction after purchasing the item from my shop. i have had a glitch in the past where i purchased something from a shop and thought it was finalized via paypal, but it was not. imagine my horror to be given a "reminder". i will send a gentle reminder as well, if that is the case, but no hard feelings, i assure you. :)

if payment is made by mail, it must be received within 7 days of purchase.
i usually ship items within two days, but i've gotten behind in the past and sometimes it could take a couple of weeks. for that, i apologize, and i thank you all for your understanding [aside from etsy, i'm a full time mom, legal assistant, go to school and i'm also married. Once in a while, i'm preparing for an exhibit. it's no excuse, i know, but please bear with me. i've gotten better.]

i do not offer insurance as a general rule, but if you would like, please ask, i'll be happy to provide it for your special package. the invoice for that service will be sent to you at that time.


PLEASE NOTE: I use an out of state printing company. All prints, unless otherwise specified, come directly from them. I can not offer individually signed prints because of this. Additionally, they do NOT ship outside of the U.S.
