I try my best to make all my products durable and sturdy but in the event that something breaks, please convo me for an exchange.

No returns on personalized or custom made items please unless the error is mine - I will gladly take it back for an exchange.

Paypal is the only accepted payment. Please pay within 48 hours of making your purchase - that way it will be shipped out promptly.

All items will be shipped USPS First Class Mail or USPS First Class Parcel. Shipping days are every Tuesday and Friday (except if they fall on a holiday, they will sent out the following day).

Please note that all items are made to order in order to accommodate custom requests. Items will be made and shipped 3-5 business days after order is received depending on quantity. Orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. Thanks.
