As our valued client, your satisfaction is our primary goal. You have a choice of an exchange at full purchase price on any of our other items for sale, or a full refund, less shipping.
Buyers must email us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise for a return. We must receive the item in the original condition, it must be returned unused, unaltered and undamaged, with all paperwork included.
We must receive the return within 14 days of the buyer's original receipt. Refunds are processed upon receipt of return and refund is processed in the same manner as payment was made. Please Contact us through the Etsy conversation forum.

We offer other shipping methods upon request.

If more than one item is purchased we will combine shipping.

PLEASE be aware that International shipping can take up to 30 days. The average wait is 10 to 12 working days however, I have had packages take as long as 4 weeks for delivery.
