Frequently asked questions
International Tracking
International Tracking is included in shipping rates now. Shipping used to be 6-12 business days (according to Australia Post) but may take a few weeks now due to limitations from travel restrictions, customs etc from COVID.
Wholesale availability
Yes I can do wholesale however I do many of my lines in limited runs so I'm not fully equipped to do large run orders however please be in touch.
Custom and personalised orders
Please have a look at my making process and if you think your custom request fits in these realms please be in touch. I do warn you that I have just had my second baby so I am just keeping my head above water so it make take 3-4 weeks to have these finalised and patience will be required. Simple customisation costs $10 or is free of charge if you order 3+ pairs.
Bridal Party Earrings
I do have extra earrings that I reserve for markets so if there's not enough stock available of an earring you want to use for your bridal party be in touch with myself and I'll see if I have extra stock.
Materials
My earrings are made from zinc alloy which is nickel free and hypo allergenic. They are suitable for people with sensitive ears however if you can only wear surgicial steel or sterling silver than I do not recommend you purchase these.
Address
If the incorrect address is provided the buyer will need to cover the cost of resending the parcel once the original parcel is returned to myself.
Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping does not include tracking unless purchase is over $150 AUD. If you require tracking please select this as an additional extra at check out. As you will see from my feedback I've never had an issue with missing parcels and 99.9% of my parcels arrive.
