Refunds and your right to cancel:-
If your purchase arrives damaged in the post please contact me so I can sort this out for you.

I adhere to EU distance and selling regulations. All sales are subject to U.K law, legislation and EU distance selling regulations.

Items must be returned via a tracked method of posting and obtain a printed proof of posting, the customer is responsible for meeting the cost of the return shipping.
The item to be returned must be in its original new condition with all labels attached and in the original packaging. If these requirements have been met then a refund of the full purchase price plus original shipping costs will be issued within 14 days to the method used to make the original transaction.

Items which have been specially custom made to your own specifications including modifications or personalised with name patches or embroidery are exempt from this 14 day return policy.
