Custom and personalized orders
Dye-to-order: If you need more skeins of a specific colorway, please contact me to create a custom order. If I have the base and dyes in-stock, orders will take up to 1 week to ship (usually 3 days). If I don't have the materials on hand, orders will take up to 2 weeks to ship (1 week minimum from my yarn supplier).
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, distance and method. Prices shown on item pages are estimated based on one item using the cheapest method.
Most ready to ship orders ship out next business day if placed before 5pm PT. I ship out Tuesdays thru Saturdays (except holidays). Orders placed on weekends will ship out on Tuesdays. Orders under $150 will be shipped out as USPS Ground Advantage unless Priority is cheaper, until Etsy fixes their shipping profiles for sellers.
