urbanBasement consists of me, Kate. I am a primary school teacher with illustration and photography on the mind. Those skills come in handy in the classroom! My illustration style is childlike and fun. I use archival pens and my handy-dandy computer to complete my work. I also use acrylic paints for original works of lovely art.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
In the event that an item you receive has been damaged in the post, please contact me right away.

I am afraid that digital orders that have been send via email are not subject to refunds. If there is a problem with the digital file, please let me know and I will send out another email.
I only accept payments through Paypal. Please note that you do NOT need a Paypal account to do this. When you check out, click the "pay by Paypal" option & you will be forwarded to a secure page. It gives you the option (on the left hand side) to pay using your debit or credit card. Easy as pie!
I ship orders within 2-3 days after I have been notified that your Paypal payment has cleared. Any shipping costs cover packaging and postage. I make every effort to ensure that your item will arrive to you in perfect condition with the least amount of packaging as possible for less waste. I ship from Scotland and shipping costs will differ depending on where you are located. If you are interested in having the item shipped to someone else as a gift, please let me know and we can make arrangements.

Digital orders are sent via email within 2-6 hours of payment received. Please make sure your email address is included and correct in your order, and check your spam and junk folders just in case.
