If an item is returned due to incorrect address it is the buyer's responsibility to re-purchase shipping for the order.

Sticker-only orders are sent as letter mail in an envelope. Charm orders are shipped in bubble mailers with tissue paper and a layer of protective film on the charm. Prints are mailed in a plastic sleeve within a kraft stay-flat envelope.

Print on demand items like shirts and sweatshirts are mailed separately from prints, stickers, and keychains. 

Should you have a problem with a print on demand item on arrival such as:
lncorrect garment type received
Incorrect size
Large defects in the print

Please send an image proof in the form of a view of the garment laid down on a flat surface. The barcode sticker and the whole product must be visible for my supplier to do a replacement. 

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. This is from a non-permanent fixation agent applied during the printing process . Both should go away after one wash.

I can't usually provide an answer for this, sorry! If its on the way I will let you know. Otherwise it depends on my status of other items that are also in demand and need resupplying. Items that are marked "Last Chance" will most likely not be restocked. Some items are still available, just on my independent store website.

This is most likely the protective film left on during shipping. Once the film is removed the design will look clear and shiny. If you have peeled it and still are seeing defects please contact me with images so I can help you out!
