VeryCarey Hand Knits
As a New England native, where cold winter months call for warm and cozy comforts, my passion for knitting began. Many afghans later, and a move to Colorado, the “love to knit” continues and has expanded to include adorable, hand knitted stuffed animals and baby accessories.
VeryCarey cuddly knit toys are classic and whimsical in style, with hand embroidered facial features. Each stuffed animal is hand knitted, seamed, stuffed, embroidered and personally handmade by me. You'll find a variety of different animal friends, in small to large sizes, dressed in clothes or keeping it natural.
Also offered in my shop are luscious baby blankets, baby mittens, baby hats, and baby socks. I use soft and new, fine quality acrylic yarn in rich colors, with no animal fibers. It's comfortable for all and a great choice for those with delicate skin or allergy to wool.

The original purchase amount, minus original shipping charge, minus any loss in value, will be refunded after returned item is received by seller. The item is the buyer’s responsibility until it is received by seller. You may wish to insure the return package for the value of the goods.
A full refund, including shipping costs, is only applicable if item is delivered to buyer in damaged condition, and buyer has returned the item to seller.

Ready to Ship items will be mailed out within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.
Knit by Request items will be mailed out when item is completed.
Items shipped to a Colorado, USA address will be charged sales tax at checkout.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)
Lighter weight items ship with USPS First Class Mail, (or upgrade to Priority Mail at checkout). Heavier weight items ship with USPS Priority Mail.
Books ship by USPS Media Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Packages up to 4 pounds will ship with USPS First Class Package International Service. Delivery time can take as little as 10 days or as long as four weeks, or maybe even longer if delayed in customs.

Import duties, VAT and other taxes or fees are NOT collected at checkout. These charges may be due on packages entering your country before you can receive your goods. When you make a purchase from my shop, your transaction includes the purchase price and shipping cost, and does NOT include the additional fees or charges your country may require you to pay. Are your items personally hand knitted by you?
Yes! All knitted items in my shop are hand knitted by me on knitting needles. I use only soft, new acrylic yarn with no animal fibers, comfortable for all and a great choice for those with allergy to wool. Each toy is hand knitted, hand sewn, hand stuffed, and hand embroidered by me. I also offer a colorful selection of hand knitted baby blankets, baby hats, baby mittens, & baby socks, knitted by me. All items are handmade with great care and attention to detail. Please feel free to contact me, I'm always happy to answer your questions.
How soon will it ship?
Everything you see listed in my shop is ready to ship in 1-2 business days. Any knit by request items will ship upon completion.
Can you make this in a different color?
Usually I am able to knit an item you see in my shop, in a color of your choice. Please feel free to contact me with your request.
