CARE INSTRUCTIONS

When receiving your signs, please open and handle with care. Store signage flat and out of direct sunlight prior to your wedding or event to prevent bowing. Make sure you handle items with care especially when transporting.

To clean acrylic, use a clean soft cloth with isopropyl to lightly clean around lettering (don't wipe over lettering) or a microfibre cloth.

COMBINED SHIPPING

If you are ordering a very large order, please contact us and let us know your postcode & suburb for shipping. We may be able to combine your shipping for you :) If needing items, fast however, we will have to charge express shipping.

LOCAL PICKUP - PENRITH, NSW AUSTRALIA

We are based in Penrith, 2750 NSW. If you would prefer to pick up from us instead of shipping, please type in "LOCALPICKUP" into the coupon section at checkout to remove shipping costs.

Our pickup times from our home studio are as follows. A time will need to be booked in prior to the day of pickup, so we can make sure we are available. If wanting to pickup outside of these times, we can leave the signage out the front or you to pickup.

Pickup times:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5.30pm
Saturday: Unavailable
Sundays: 8-10am

PROOFS + DRAFTS

If you would like us to do a draft / proof of your sign/s you must add the Draft + Proof Listing to your order! (Link is below). If you are ordering a sign that is similar to a design we have already done, a proof is not necessary.

Paid proofs are sent shortly before the sign is due to be shipped, when the sign is scheduled to be worked on. Proofs are only done for signs that have already been paid for, not before the sign has been purchased. We allow 2 x proof revisions. If more are required, the proof listing will need to be purchased again.

EASEL + FRAME HIRE

Prices in our listings include the signs only and do not incude the easels or frames pictured. We don't sell easels or frames but we do hire them if able to pick up from Penrith, 2750 NSW. We are 1 hour from Sydney.

Easel & Stand Hire Terms and Conditions:
• PICKUP ONLY.
• Hire is for up to 7 days only. Please contact us to confirm availability.
• Easel & Stand Hire can not be cancelled and refunded, as we have reserved the item/s for your specific date, preventing other customers from hiring item/s for this 7 day period.
• Easel & Stand Hire can be transferred to a new date if date available

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

All of our pieces are custom made and made to order by us. Please decide carefully when purchasing, as there are no cancellations, exchanges or returns.

If you have had a change of mind and have decided to alter your order, please advise us within 24 hours of purchase. At our discretion and providing we have not started working on your order or purchased supplies, we can discuss other signage options or can provide you with a credit note.

If you have received your order and there is a mistake or damage, please notify us within 48 hours of order delivery, with photos of the product and packaging. Items will be not eligible for return/refund after 48hrs of delivery time stamp.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We love creating unique and personalised pieces! Get in touch if you have an idea and we can try and make your signage dreams happen. Send us inspiration photos or ideas you love and we can go from there.

SHIPPING

We are Australian based and only ship within Australia. Please refer to our lead times when ordering and be mindful of your event date. If you are worried about your signs arriving in time before your event/wedding, please contact us to organise express shipping.

Ensure delivery details are correct. We will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses given, resulting in redelivery or return fees. In this case, these will need to be paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees where actual fees exceed what has been paid in the order. This will occur if you are in a very rural or regional location.

SEATING CHARTS + PLACE CARD ORDERS

Final seating arrangements & guest lists are required:

- 4 weeks prior to event date
- 5-6 weeks prior for W.A. or very rural areas

We prefer arrangements sent through in Word or Excel format and set up exactly in order of how you would like them to appear on the sign i.e. if wanting alphabetical order or by tables, please send them in this exact order. Please double check all spelling.

Seating arrangements are to be emailed to willowandinkdesign@gmail.com

Once we have finished designing your sign, we will send through a proof for approval. Once we have started the seating chart, the seating arrangements can can not be changed.

If the seating arrangements are sent through too late, Express Shipping costs may be charged.

LEAD TIME

Please refer to our lead times as indicated in our listings :) We are a very small business of 2, with 1 x sign maker and 1 x running the business. We work through the orders that come through and that are booked in. As much as we would love to ship every order as soon as possible that comes in, we can only take on so much work per week. All our customers are important to us and who all have important wedding & event dates that we are very mindful of. If you are after something urgent, please contact us via Etsy messages.
