THE CURRENT TURN-AROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM ETSY SHOP SEO AND WEBSITE SEO IS 10 - 20 BUSINESS DAYS (2 - 4 WEEKS), DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE ORDER.
ETSY SHOP SEO GUIDEBOOK: First written in the summer of 2010, the SEO Guidebook has been updated several times each year and includes all Etsy algorithm updates and Google algorithm updates, including Google's big Panda and Penguin changes.
CUSTOM DESIGNS:
The price of a custom web design includes three rounds of design revisions. All design revisions are taken care of before Web pages and the content, text and images, are added. Complete changes in design direction after the design has been approved will include a redesign fee.

Returns and exchanges
For the SEO Masterclass: Upon request, a full refund will be issued for the coaching part of the class up to the first day of class. Upon request by Friday of the end of the first week of class, a partial refund of 50% will be issued for the coaching part of the class. No refunds will be issued for the coaching part of the class after the first week. No refund will be issued for the digital documents.
Due to the nature of custom design and SEO work, complete refunds cannot be be issued. Web design projects can be canceled for any reason within 30 days. The time spent on the custom design or SEO order will be deducted from the amount paid to-date and the balance will be refunded.
Payment
Once you let me know which package you are interested in, I will create multiple custom listings for you, each for a part of the total purchase price. You only need to pay for one of these to begin the work on your Web site. The other payments will be due at other stages in the design and development process.
Payments can be made through PayPal or Direct Checkout. Etsy Gift Cards are accepted.
Custom Web Designs can be canceled and the time spent on the design and development will be deducted from the amount paid. The balance will be refunded.
Shipping
SEO CONSULTING: Custom SEO reports are sent within 4 - 6 weeks depending on the open orders on my desk.
WEB DESIGN: The Wordpress or other website will be created on your web hosting account. The turnaround time for the finished website varies with each project. We can discuss this through Etsy Conversations.
