I aim to use as much recycled and reclaimed packaging as possible. Please consider reusing or recycling your packaging, thank you!

International Postage

Happy to post to countries not listed, please contact me for a quote prior to purchasing.

Shipping Address

Shipping is to your Etsy address, if you would like shipping to a different address please contact me at time of purchase to arrange. Please ensure your shipping address is up-to-date at time of purchase, it is not possible to redirect your parcel when it is in the post.

Australia Post

Domestic and international shipping is via Australia Post and shipping times are as per their website www.auspost.com.au. Please note: Australia Post regularly changes their information and I try my best to keep up-to-date.

Postage Times

As per Australia Post's website: within Australia it will take 2-6 business days and international shipping from 10-21 days. Please note: that Australia Post delivery times can take longer than expected, particularly during busy seasonal times like Christmas.

Express delivery, signature on delivery and insurance is an additional cost so please contact me prior to purchase for a quote if you would like any of these options.

Package Tracking

Clutches, bags, totes, cushion covers and blankets are posted via Australia Post parcel post. Tracking automatically comes with this type of delivery, but does not come with signature on delivery or insurance.

Zippered pouches are posted via regular letter rate postage and do not come with tracking.

International shipping does not come with tracking, signature on delivery or insurance.

If you would like tracking, priority mail, signature on delivery or insurance added to your order for an additional cost, please contact me prior to purchase.

Insurance

Is not included in any of the postage costs listed and is an additional cost, if you would like insurance added please contact me prior to purchase for a quote.

Loss, Damage, Delay

Unfortunately, it is possible that Australia Post will lose, damage or delay your order and I cannot be responsible for loss, damage or delay in transit, but I will work to resolve the issue as best as I can, if I can.

I can only follow up on delayed or lost items with Australia Post on orders that have tracking added, or that automatically come with tracking (see Package Tracking section).

I cannot be responsible for delayed shipping times, or delays in customs, or customs fees for international orders. I have used the standard shipping times outlined on Australia Post’s website.

Combined Postage for Multiple Items Purchased

If you purchase more than one item I will combine the order and use the lowest rate, usually a reduced rate. I will refund any postage paid overages that are $2 or more.
